We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Classes meet in the main gym.

Tuesday & Thursday Mornings from 9:00-10:00 am.

Wednesday morning Zumba Toning, which involves Zumba dance with integrated light weight training, from 9:45-10:30 am.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday evenings from 6:35-7:35 pm.

Aqua Zumba every Thursday evening from 6:00-7:00 pm in the pool (located at our previous facility.)


A class for everyone! Achieve your individual physical goals while still getting the accountability, structure, and support of group fitness. This class, held in the weight room, is a group of people working together at their own rate of intensity, placing focus on their own ability to reach and push to their strengths. We offer modification for beginners. As well as, the next level up to push past those pesky fitness plateaus.

Tuesday & Thursday morning from 9:00-9:50 am in the weight room.


Looking for a great way to get your heart pumping and legs moving…literally!?! Group Spinning is an indoor cycling program where classes pedal with power on stationary bikes. It’s an excellent non-impact aerobic workout where all levels of fitness can participate by pacing themselves to their fitness needs. Challenge your physical fitness level using basic cycling techniques and riding elements. Core strenghtening will be emphasized through proper technique.

Monday & Wednesday afternoon from 12:10-12:50 pm.
Tuesday & Thursday evening from 7:00-7:40 pm.


Now held in our beautiful Jane Wold Group Exercise Studio, our environment creates an effective soothing setting for this non-impact, spirit-mind-body format focus on flexibility. Yoga effectively improves muscle strength, length, mobility and stabilization. It is a total body workout suitable for all fitness levels.

Classes meet every Tuesday & Thursday evening from 6:00-6:55 pm.
Class also available every Saturday morning from 7:55-8:55 am.


This class is designed specifically for active older adults seeking to increase strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness in order to improve daily and functional activities. This class will incorporate a varity of exercises and movements utilizing safe and appropriate equipment, based on the needs of each individual. A great way to get active while also having fun with the support of not only your instructor but your fellow participants.

Class meets every Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9:00-9:45 am.


Meeting every Monday and Wednesday evening in the weight room, Burn & Build combines strength training with cardio interval workouts to achieve optimal results. Each class begins with a dynamic stretching workout. We follow it up with intermittent bouts of cardio with body-resistance and weight training. Class always ends with a core-focused final phase, followed by light static stretching to help prevent muscle soreness.

Monday & Wednesday evenings from 5:35-6:25 pm.


Total Condititioning/Step Aerobics is a class with variety. It allows you to build up your strength, as well as your stamina. Each class contains a warm-up and cool down session with some great strengh training and cardio excercises.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning from 5:45-6:45 am to give your day the kickstart it needs.


This class is just as the name says, “Basic Step.” It is the perfect intro cardio class for those beginning their fitness journeys. Step Aerobics is a fundamental exercise that has been around for decades and still going strong today!

Join us for a high-impact, cardio crushing workout. It combines the elements of body resistance, weight training and cardio interval workouts to give you the most of the hour-long class. Workouts will be constantly changing with a focus on always moving forward.

Beginners! Don’t be intimidated. They will offer varying levels to accommodate all fitness needs. It is a class you really don’t want to miss.

Class locations will vary between the Jane Wold Group Studio and Bill Daniels Fieldhouse.
They will meet every Saturday from 10:15-11:15 am.

The YMCA is excited to announce the addition of Nia Dance. Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, you will tone your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, it is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind and spirit.
Nia dance is based on the intelligent design of the body. Each workout brings mindfulness of your body’s movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.
Workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes.
Nia Dance is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Classes will be offered every Saturday morning from 9:00-10:10 am.


Butts & guts is that perfect class for toning. Focus will be placed on abs, legs, and glutes to tighten and firm our base stability for every day movements. Exercises will consist of body resistance and light to moderate weight training.

All fitness levels are welcome!

Develop and increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness with the YMCA’s new Pilates class. Classes consist of a series of non-impact exercises that all fitness levels can actively and comfortably participate in. Pilates not only strengthens your core posture, but increases muscle elasticity, circulation, and stability.

We have two classes times to conveniently meet your schedule.

Monday evenings from 5:00-5:30 pm.
Thursday afternoons from 12:15-1:00 pm.


With the improvement of a beautiful new studio, the YMCA is excited to grow it’s youth ballet program. We offer the perfect intro level classes to develop and nurture the love of dance in your child. Our talented instructor leads every class in a warm-up before teaching and reinforcing the fundamentals of dance.

Ballet Ages 6 & under meets every Tuesday from 5:25-5:55 pm.
Ballet Ages 7-12 yrs meets every Thursday from 5:25-5:55 pm.

Youth Jazz

We are excited to offer a new addition to our youth dance program. Beginning Friday, February 10th, the YMCA will be introducing youth jazz for ages 7 to 12 years. Jazz dance is an exploration of style and presentation. Classes include a warm-up that develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and dance techniques specific to jazz dance. Our class encourages individual expression and development of personal style. Space is limited so please make sure to sign-up at the Welcome Center.
Youth Jazz Ages 7-12 yrs meets every Friday from 7:30-8:20 pm.

Rebel Dance

Start and end the week right with Rebel Dance. This cardio-focused, HipHop/Pop Radio dance is run in a HIIT-style format. It is great for all fitness levels and fun for all ages. Add some flavor to your current workout routine. So come in, get your heart pumping, and watch the hour fly by having fun while getting in shape.
