Active Older Adults

Low-impact fitness, with strategic chair exercises. Class emphasis focuses on cardio and strength for overall functionality. Great beginner class for those just starting out, recovering from surgery, or golden agers.

Basic Step

Great beginner step class for those wanting to add a little extra to their cardio regimen. Class is taught in a traditional step fashion using risers. Participants are encouraged to vary height based on ability and floor work is always welcome.


High-impact cardio. Class focuses on elevating heart rate while mixing in fundamental body training exercises. Moderate weight training is also incorporated to maximize muscle use. This class offers lots of variations and is welcome to all fitness levels.

Burn & Build

The name says it all! Burn fat, while building muscle. This high-impact class begins with a dynamic stretching warmup leading into a cardio crushing session focusing on not only elevating the heart rate but engaging all of our primary muscle groups. Class transitions into a moderate lifting portion as they begin to bring the heart rate down and build the muscle up. Class typically ends with a 5-10 minute core session.

Butts & Guts

Warm-up with some light cardio. Class transitions into a toning focus aimed at sculpting those glutes, legs, and abdomen. We place focus on good posture to strengthen our core, along with many floor exercises to tone up our mid-sections along the way.

Camp Move It

This 8wk program is designed to keep kids engaged and active during the summer. With two convenient times (morning & afternoon) you can choose what best fits your busy schedule or for a little extra… Come BOTH days. Every “class” will be different: varying from group games, to fitness designed classes, to combinations of both. We hope to add that extra bit of wellness to your child’s summer. (Recommended Ages: 5-12yrs)

Hip Hop Kids

Cardio kids’ dance. Get up and moving to this fun-filled intro to Hip Hop dance for kids. (Recommended Ages: 6-12yrs)

Hot Hula

A 6wk session designed to give you a little taste of that Hawaiian vacation you might not be able to take. Hot Hula is designed to focus on muscle isolation while learning the fine art of traditional Hula Dance. This total-body workout will have you moving and shaking while toning and sculpting with very low-impact movements.


For anyone wanting a challenge, this is the class for you. Kickboxing tones and strengthens while giving you a cardio crushing workout with rapid fire MMA moves. It is designed to effectively improve timing, precision, and focus as an athlete.

Nia Dance

Combination of dance, martial arts, and healing arts. Nia Dance is a holistic fitness practice that targets body, mind, and spirit. Get in touch with your inner strength as you dance it out in a fun, mindful class.


Concentration, control, centering, breathing, fluidity and precision are all key principles of Pilates. Work on strength and flexibility at any fitness level. Class challenges full-body control as you transition your body through this toning art.


Become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements. It is a class that EVERYONE is sure to love!

Rebel Dance

Cardio-focused, hip hop/pop radio dance class. Routines are coordinated in a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style format. This class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and legs moving. A great workout for all fitness levels.

Rise & Shine Yoga

Scheduled early to give your morning the right start, this yoga class is both challenging and relaxing. Rise & Shine Yoga will focus on being mindful and aware, while detoxing from stress and mental clutter. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi- you’ll enjoy this gentle Vinyasa yoga class. Join Sam for a rejuvenating, easy to follow flow, accessible to any level.


Class is held on stationary indoor bikes for low-impact, high aerobic workout. Routines vary your intensity between bouts of high cardio sprints and muscle burning hill climbs. It is also a good way to condition for avid cyclists.

Total Condition/Step

Focus on building strength in stamina, starting out your mornings right. Wake up bright and early to join a class that offers variety for all fitness levels. Classes maintain a balanced focus between the importance of cardio and strengthening with overall body conditioning. Fridays - Total Condition class walks outside.


Non-impact class that focuses on mind and body. A traditional mindful yoga class that emphasizes flexibility, concentration, breathing and overall body control. Yoga is a great addition to any fitness routine.

Yoga Sculpt

Vinyasa (flow) yoga principles are used in this class to combine light weight training with customary yoga poses. This class takes your yoga to the next level giving that additional emphasis on your muscles, as you strengthen and stretch for a complete body workout.


Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Zumba Kids

Add a little flare to your kid’s summer routine. The YMCA wants to help keep kids active with this fun, cardio-charged dance, fitness class. Held in a traditional Zumba fashion with high- and low-cardio intervals, class centers around kid-friendly songs and a fired up, easy to follow routine.
