Barre Intensity / Barre Above

This popular combines attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness training. Class incorporates small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles/ large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body.

Active Older Adults

Low-impact fitness, with strategic chair exercises. Class emphasis focuses on cardio and strength for overall functionality. Great beginner class for those just starting out, recovering from surgery, or golden agers.


Come learn the hottest moves in hip hop, Latin, rock, jazz, and so much more. All while breaking a major sweat and burning a ton of calories. Groove is not just another dance class- it’s your time to SHINE!


High-impact cardio. Class focuses on elevating heart rate while mixing in fundamental body training exercises. Moderate weight training is also incorporated to maximize muscle use. This class offers lots of variations and is welcome to all fitness levels.

Burn & Build

The name says it all! Burn fat, while building muscle. This high-impact class begins with a dynamic stretching warmup leading into a cardio crushing session focusing on not only elevating the heart rate but engaging all of our primary muscle groups. Class transitions into a moderate lifting portion as they begin to bring the heart rate down and build the muscle up. Class typically ends with a 5-10 minute core session.

Fuel Dance

The perfect combination of invigorating dance and traditional strength training (squats, lunges, etc.) all in one energizing session. You’ll get cardio blasting, strength-building, lean muscle generating exercise that is so much fun you’ll forget you are working out. Every class will leave you wanting more! An excellent workout for all fitness levels.


Cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training by BeachBody. INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. Downward Rebel Dance

Cardio-focused, hip hop/pop radio dance class. Routines are coordinated in a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style format. This class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and legs moving. A great workout for all fitness levels.

STRONG by Zumba

This class is perfect for fitness enthusiasts and students looking for a more challenging, high intensity interval training workout. Still timed to music, the music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased after burn.


Viniyoga is breath centric. While moving with the breath, students stretch the body but also calm the mind. Classes may include seated breathing and meditation. On scale of 1-4 with 4 being most difficult, this class would be a 2.5 on average.

Power Yoga

Build fire from within as you connect movement with breath. This vinyasa-style yoga class blends balance, strengthening, and flexibility into a dynamic flow of challenging yoga postures set to an energizing playlist. Nia Dance

Power Hour

Come in and practice power strength moves that will focus on conditioning, toning, and strengthening your body. You will never want to miss a class, as routines will vary making every class a new, exciting challenge. Cardio interval training with rapid fire combination moves provide optimal performance needed for any fitness routine.

Senior Cardio Fit

Great beginner cardio fitness. Although geared towards our active older adults population, this class can be great for those wanting to get their heart and lungs pumping without the high-impact movements of some of our higher intensity classes. Classes are geared towards basic cardio fundamental exercises with body conscious movements.


Class is held on stationary indoor bikes for low-impact, high aerobic workout. Routines vary your intensity between bouts of high cardio sprints and muscle burning hill climbs. It is also a good way to condition for avid cyclists.

Total Condition/Step

Focus on building strength in stamina, starting out your mornings right. Wake up bright and early to join a class that offers variety for all fitness levels. Classes maintain a balanced focus between the importance of cardio and strengthening with overall body conditioning. Fridays - Total Condition class walks outside.


Non-impact class that focuses on mind and body. A traditional mindful yoga class that emphasizes flexibility, concentration, breathing and overall body control. Yoga is a great addition to any fitness routine.


Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Zumba Basics

If you have ever felt too intimidated to try Zumba, this is your chance. This class has all of the fun of Zumba but steps it back to all of the basics. Class is slowed down to truly help grasp all of the fun and exciting moves Zumba has to offer. A great entry level to the World of “ZUMBA!”
