Derek is an accomplished personal trainer who started training in 2008. Derek found his passion for fitness at an early age through martial arts. Eventually the love of empowerment through physical and spiritual discipline led him to mixed martial arts and strength training. Now he uses his knowledge and passion to educate and inspire his clients in their own fitness journey to looking and feeling their best.
