Active and Ageless
Classes offer a variety and balanced focus between the importance of cardio and strengthening with overall body conditioning for all fitness levels. Fridays: Outdoor walking group; dress for weather conditions. Class will cover approximately 2 miles.
Fit 4 Life
Exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, balance and activities for daily living using hand weights, resistance bands and balls. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted depending on fitness level and is suitable for beginner to intermediate levels.
Line Dance
Enjoy fun, low-impact cardio while learning easy to do line dance routines!
Silver Sneakers® Classic
Low-impact class with emphasis on cardio and strength for overall functionality utilizing strategic chair exercises. Great class for those just starting a fitness routine, recovering from surgery and golden agers.
Active Older Adults Line Dance
Line dance is great for beginner cardio fitness. Although geared towards our active older adults population, this class can be great for those wanting to get their heart and lungs pumping without the high-impact movements of some of our higher intensity classes.

High energy cycle class set to hits spanning the decades. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned spinner, this class is for you!
Cycle and Strength
Combine cardio and strength training into one 60-minute class with Cycle & Strength. Intense cardiovascular training is performed on a stationary bike, with bouts of sprints and hill climbs to challenge you. Strength training is performed off of the bike incorporating, elements of resistance and body weight exercises to create a stronger, more balanced body.
Group Cycling
All fitness levels are welcome to cycle on a stationary, indoor bike for a low-impact, high aerobic workout. The intensity varies between bouts of high cardio sprints, muscle building hill climbs and short bursts of active recovery. Class may include a small segment of strength and conditioning.
HIIT Strength
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an exercise method that incorporates alternating work and rest periods. This cardio based class will push you to new training heights in a safe, challenging and results-driven experience.
POUND®
Become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Fuel Dance
The perfect combination of invigorating dance and traditional strength training (squats, lunges, etc.) all in one energizing session. Challenge yourself in this advanced yoga class. Explore the postures and principles of Vinyasa yoga in an invigorating full-body flow. RIP RX
RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.

Join the Y for our annual Pumpkin Plunge community event. Costumes are encouraged, but don’t forget your swim suit if you want to enjoy open swim and pick your pumpkin out of the pool! We will have pumpkins available outside of the pool for those who may not want to swim. Other activities include: pumpkin decorating, face painting, pumpkin bowling, coloring, crafts, snacks and more! *Limit 1 pumpkin per child (child must be present at event)

The YMCA of Natrona County Wall of Honor Luncheon, to be held May 21, 2025, is an opportunity to celebrate those who have given of their time, talents and treasures in service of the YMCA. During the Wall of Honor Celebration, the YMCA honors individuals, businesses, volunteers and donors who have stood out in their support of the Y and its mission. The luncheon features each honoree and the story of their connection to the YMCA. Honorees are presented with a plaque and a matching plaque is hung on the “Wall of Honor” in the NERD YMCA of Natrona County facility.
