Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting cardio class based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic style interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body

Group Cycling

This class is held on stationary indoor bikes for a low-impact, high aerobic workout. Routines will vary intensity between sprints, hill climbs and short spurts of active recovery. Class may include a small segment of strength and conditioning. From beginner to advanced, this class is suitable for all!

HIIT Strength

High Intensity Interval Training (aka HIIT) is an exercise method that incorporates alternating work and rest periods. The group-exercise adaptation of this workout has been designed to give participants a safe, challenging and results-driven experience.

Fuel Dance

The perfect combination of invigorating dance and traditional strength training (squats, lunges, etc.) all in one energizing session. You’ll get cardio blasting, strength-building, lean muscle generating exercise that is so much fun you’ll forget you are working out. Every class will leave you wanting more! An excellent workout for all fitness levels.


Become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. It is a class that EVERYONE is sure to love!

Active Older Adults Cardio

Great beginner cardio fitness. Although geared towards our active older adults population, this class can be great for those wanting to get their heart and lungs pumping without the high-impact movements of some of our higher intensity classes. Classes are geared towards basic cardio fundamental exercises with body conscious movements.

Lift RX

Designed by the talented team at BeachBody, this LIVE class is designed for optimal success. This power class will have you walking out of the YMCA feeling ready to start your day. Each class is geared with a warm-up, focus section targeting arms/legs, and a cooldown to give you a full workout in a short amount of time.


RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.

Burn and Build

This dynamic class begins with an active warmup leading into circuit style training. Get your muscles firing with a moderate lifting portion with dumbbells, barbells, or bodyweight. Sweat out that last bit of stress with a intense cardio portion that will tone those muscles. Class typically ends with a cooldown/stretch to release tension and help prevent muscle soreness.

Cycle and Strength

Combine cardio and strength training into one 60-minute class with Cycle & Strength. Intense cardiovascular training is performed on a stationary bike, with bouts of sprints and hill climbs to challenge you. Strength training is performed off of the bike incorporating, elements of resistance and body weight exercises to create a stronger, more balanced body.


This popular exercise combines attributes of Pilates, yoga, cardio/dance and functional fitness training. Class incorporates small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion movements to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a popular style of yoga that consists of smooth transitions from one posture to another. In this class, you will focus on alignment, breathing and establishing your own mind-body connection. Explore a variety of postures in a yoga class perfect for all levels.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

Power Yoga

Challenge yourself in this advanced yoga class. Explore the postures and principles of Vinyasa yoga in an invigorating full-body flow. This fast-paced yoga practice is designed to work every muscle while focusing on the classic breathwork of traditional yoga, ultimately providing an all-encompassing workout.

Deep Water Exercise

Water exercise is a great low impact workout for all fitness levels that focuses on improving strength, balance, and flexibility.

Aqua Fit

This aqua class is sure to get your heart pumping and muscles working! Class will consist of mixed cardio and strength. Water weights and other equipment may be utilized.

Water Up!

Power up your heart rate and day by immersing in the refreshing pool! Enjoy the low impact benefits that aquatic exercise can offer anyone at any fitness level in the deep and shallow end! Get your heart rate grooving to fun music and achieve personal goals such as: toning practically every muscle in the body, weight loss, and even relaxation! Be prepared to sleep well every night!

Generation POUND®

Intended for school aged children 6-12 years old. Generation POUND® was created not just as a workout geared towards kids, but a MOVEMENT that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today’s youth. Get ready to make fitness about self-expression, empowerment, self-love and FUN! How? By introducing alternative ways to, MOVE, ROCK, PLAY and MAKE NOISE!

TEAMUP Online Classes

TEAMUP is a free online platform that makes scheduling and attending virtual fitness classes easier for you! Follow the steps below to create your TEAMUP account and start participating in virtual classes!

Step 1: Sign in to your free TEAMUP account on your computer or mobile device.

Step 2: Enter your email and complete the sign up process through TEAMUP.

Step 3: Once you have successfully logged in to your TEAMUP account, click the “Memberships” tab on the toolbar at the top of the page.

Step 4: You will be prompted to “buy” a membership. Click “YMCA NATIONWIDE MEMBERSHIP”. Once you enter the promo code at checkout there will be no fees.

PLEASE NOTE: If you need to receive your YMCA member code please email  We will verify your account and provide the necessary code.

Step 5: Once you have “purchased” your membership, you will be able to attend all of the Billings Family YMCA classes virtually for free!

Simply “book” a class. When it’s time for the class to begin, you will have access to the live feed.
