Jayde is a newly certified personal trainer who is very passionate and eager to learn and grow with you. Her lover for weightlifting started 8 years ago, watching her dad pursue body building. For the past 2 years, she has been coaching family and friends for fun, which developed the desire to start training professionally. She has the natural ability to coach and motivate you according to your goals.

Personal Training Philosophy

Jayde joined the YMCA staff in 2023 as a personal trainer. Being a trainer to Jayde, is a cherished responsibility. She feels she has been blessed with the opportunity to move and shape people’s lives. It is not a responsibility she takes lightly.
