Mary is an accomplished personal trainer who started her own fitness journey in 2012 with the purpose of better health. She then began her personal training career to help others get healthier. She has been voted Best of Wyoming – Personal Trainer in 2021 and 2022. Mary wants her clients to be seen, heard and respected. It is all about the client.
