Sara is a newly certified personal trainer who is eager to learn and grow with you. She started her fitness journey 8 years ago when she decided she wanted to be the 80 year old woman snowboarding on the mountain. She has a newfound love for powerlifting and has recently competed in two competitions.

Personal Training Philosophy

Sara joined the YMCA staff in 2023 as a personal trainer. She will help guide you towards adding healthy habits and building strength that fits your lifestyle and personal goals, while being empathetic towards your mental wellness.

Her training philosophy is building a well-rounded mental, physical and strong body.
