Brooke is a personal trainer who is passionate about helping others develop overall strength and health, while improving their quality of life. Her love for health and fitness began over 20 years ago, and she continually engages in the industry as a coach, athlete, and leader. Brooke promotes an overall health and wellness approach to helping others achieve their goals. As a trainer, she will enthusiastically help guide you on your fitness journey!
Personal Training Philosophy
Brooke joined the YMCA staff as a personal trainer in 2024. As a trainer, Brooke believes that it’s critical to elevate yourself, not only in the gym, but in life. She is motivated to continue helping others who are seeking to improve themselves and reach goals!
Brook approaches training using a variety of methods that are best suited for each individual. She has experience with muscle hypertrophy, weight loss and maintenance, changing body composition and improving overall strength. Her strength and conditioning training methods utilize a combination of super sets, progressive overload, maximal– to failure effort using body weight, free weights, or cable machines based on a client’s individual goals!
